Why, oh why, do sane people continue to live in California. I just don't get it.
ReplyDeleteStephen...I know, right? Why live in a place that restricts ALL your rights...gun rights, property rights, parenting rights, etc.? Makes no sense to me. It seems a lot of these folks bought their property 20 to 25 years ago...before the codes and laws were changed. In most states, existing properties usually enjoy being "grandfathered" in, but not so in California!
