Breakfast This Morning

I had a good breakfast...I had already finished my chores and chased the fella off to work and the kids off to school, so I decided to totally indulge myself...
Oatmeal with apple bits and cinnamon
Bacon
Chai tea with whipped cream
Yummmm!
Only problem is trying to eat bacon in front of my dog...




Look at that face! She obviously thinks a snippet of bacon is the only thing between her and starvation! And, if I don't give said bacon to her, I will be guilty of doggie-cide! Siona has mastered the art of giving me an imploring look while giving me an accusing look as well....yeah, I gave her a piece of bacon.

    I think dogs are bred with that face imprinted into their brains so they can make it immediately, and perfectly. Mine make it all the time, and it isn't just over bacon... It's so hard to resist, so I tease 'em a little first. Don't worry, they get the goodie in the end!

    Besides, isn't Siona the one that finally convinced your younger puppy NOT to try to eat the house while you all sleep at night? I think you owe her bacon. LOL
